Installation instructions

1. From the back of the water cooler (or where applicable), using a 21/64 drill bit or a hole punch for soft stainless steel, make a hole through the reservoir. Note, you should check for clearance of the reservoir sealing system and floats before making a hole in the reservoir. If drilling, always make a small hole first working your way up to the 21/64 bit for soft stainless steel.
2. Attach the supplied stainless steel bulkhead fitting to the reservoir with the O-ring on the inside of reservoir and the threads and nut on the outside.
3. Remove the baffle assembly in the reservoir. Drill a 5/16 hole through the baffle assembly (if needed) or use a 5/16 hole punch. The hole should be near the outside edge of baffle.
4. Cut to size the 5/16 ozone tubing from the bulkhead fitting to the bottom of the reservoir and then push the tubing through the baffle.
5. Attach the ozone stone to the tubing so that it sits just off the bottom of the reservoir and replace the baffle assembly. Now attach the tubing to the bulkhead fitting.
6. Attach the EZ-500T to the upper part of the condenser.
7. Cut the tubing to size from the reservoir bulkhead fitting to EZ-500T bulkhead fitting and attach the tubing to the EZ-500T.
8. Cut the tubing six to 12 inches from the EZ-500T and install the check valve with the arrow pointing to the Reservoir and away from the EZ-500T.
9. Fill the water cooler and connect the EZ-500T to the 12V DC power supply.
10. Very important - If your reservoir is a sealed type with a one way check valve, the check valve will need to be replaced with a non check valve type filter for venting purposes. This filter can be obtained from the manufacture of the water cooler.

Important safety instructions

Operating instructions
After unpacking your Advanced-Kleen system, simply complete the following:

1. A 7/16 hole or larger is required for the installation of the faucet (1). In the small packet remove the base plate and the rubber washer (a), the retaining plate and the lock washer (b). The retaining nut (2) is with the faucet (1), install the faucet (1); install in that order for proper installation.
2. Install the new filters (5 & 6) into the system (9) making sure the housings seat. The clear housing is for the pre-filter which is the white fibrous filter (6); this is the water in-let. The solid housing is for the carbon filter (5); this is the water out-let
3. Under the sink, locate the cold water supply and it turn off. Remove the water supply line to the sink at the angle stop. Install the ¼” faucet adapter (4) (or a similar adapter available at your local hardware store) and reconnect the supply line to the sink.
4. Attach the Filter System (10) to the inside wall of the sink cabinet leaving room on both sides of the unit.
5. Insert the ¼” tubing (8) into the faucet adapter (4). Cut the tubing (7) to length and insert it into the in-let on the filter system using the nuts on the system. Make sure the tubing seats all the way into the Elbow housing.
6. From the out-let of the system insert the remaining ¼” tubing (7) and attach it to the system.
7. Cut to size the tubing from the system to the faucet leaving plenty of room. Attach the tubing to the faucet (1), from the small packet remove the ½” nut (c) and slip it over the tubing, slip the plastic Ferrell (d) over the tubing, now insert the plastic insert (e) into the tubing. Tighten the ½” nut (c) to the faucet.
8. Open the water supply slowly and check for leaks. Open the faucet to purge the system at this time you will see Black Powder from the Carbon block in the water this goes away in a matter of seconds.
9. Installation Complete!

ALKALIZED WATER MACHINE
CHANGES THE pH OF WATER!

ABSTRACT- For a good number of years, people in the Orient have enjoyed the benefits of having machines that can change the pH of water. The "input" is just ordinary "TAP" water, and out of one "outlet" tube comes (Higher pH) "Alkalized Water," and out of another "outlet" tube comes (Lower pH) "Acid Water".  Uses for these varied forms of water are numerous and vital.  Until now, you could only get such machines from the Orient, but NOW, they are being made in America by Elk Industries.
    
These machines offer a very cost effective and efficient way to make both Alkalized Water and Acid Water.  The health benefits of the Alkalized Water instead of "Bottled Water"  for drinking purposes by humans and animals have been characterized in several publications worldwide.  And, the Acid Water, too has many uses. It serves to nourish plants better while killing parasites that would otherwise damage the plants - plants THRIVE on the Acid Water.  Conversely, humans and animals THRIVE by drinking the Alkalized Water. From the first drink you have of Alkalized Water, you feel "Better" and "More Nourished".   "Why would this be?", You might ask.  The explanation, as it was described to me, lies in the Water Molecules themselves.  Ordinary, "Bottled Water" or Tap water apparently has it's H2O molecules in "Clouds" that do not readily pass through the semi-permeable membrane of the cell walls of the cells within the body.  This is said to be the explanation of why people get wrinkles when they age - it's the case where the cells of the body are not getting enough water to them to nourish them, and they "dry out".  However, with the Alkalized Water",  much more of the water passes easily through the cell wall to nourish the cells, because the Alkalized Water molecules are in "Micro-Clusters" or much smaller groups of water molecules (instead of clouds of water molecules) than are the case with bottled water or tap water.  I have been told that there are huge machines in the Orient to make Acid Water to nourish crops (700,000,000 Gallons per time interval) while killing parasites that would otherwise harm the plants - and the yeilds of the crops rose tremendously because of it!
   
Tests have been conducted with bottled water to find out what the pH of bottled water is.  And the results were alarming!  The bottled water actually has a More Acidic pH than Neutral (7).  Yes, in tests after tests of many brands of bottled water, the pH was found to be 5 - 5.5 on average ... that's mildly Acidic - NOT NEUTRAL like water SHOULD ordinarily be (without the pH changed on purpose).
    
The Alkalized Water Machine from Elk Industries produces a half-gallon of pH changed water in 6 minutes.  The machine is very easy to use - just pour water into the top of the machine and press the "Start" button. Then, a quart of Alkalised Water AND a quart of Acid Water are ready to dispense from the outlet tubes simply by opening the valve for either tube.
Special Filters are supplied with the unit for filtering the water after it comes out of the machine. IT'S THAT EASY!  These machines make Alkalized Water to a pH of 9 to 10, and Acid Water of pH 3 to 4 in only 6 minutes.
Alkaline water helps you lose weight and improve your general over all energy because it adds oxygen to your system.

The ELECTRODES LAST (ESSENTIALLY) "FOREVER", or (at LEAST 5 - 10 YEARS). They can BE Cleaned AND/OR "ElectroPolished" If they become Too Oxidized.
